How do I make an appointment?
Text or call Summer 208 431 9215 to schedule. Leave a detailed message.
Office Hours - Monday - Thursday - 9 AM-3 PM. We are CLOSED Fridays. Weekends. and all major holidays.
We will be out of the office from November 14- November 21, 2024.
To make an appointment we need your name, email address, cell phone number and home address.
Determine what you need. We offer weekly, every other week, monthly or one time appointments.
Determine whether you need a basic or a deep appointment. A basic appointment is our maintenance cleaning or every day cleanings. A deep appointment is more in depth cleaning. See checklists for more details.
How do I find openings or availability?

What is a basic cleaning?
A basic cleaning includes maintenance cleaning - kitchen, living room, bathrooms, floors. In the kitchen cleaning includes wiping down countertops, appliances and sinks, taking out the trash and mopping the floor. In the bathrooms cleaning includes, toilet, shower, sinks, countertops, mirrors and floors wiped down. For more in depth details please refer to our basic checklist.
What is a deep cleaning?
A deep cleaning includes 2 cleaners. Deep cleanings are where we come in and clean walls, wipe down and polish kitchen or bathroom cabinet and drawer fronts. A deep clean can include cleaning baseboards and windows, window tracks and blinds. Please refer to the deep clean checklist for all details.
How do I leave a list for the cleaner?
We have checklists! Please print and fill out and leave for your cleaner to find. Or Email to Summer at summersrobinson@gmail.com or text to Summer at 208.431.9215.
How important is the checklist?
Lack of communication will result in an unfinished cleaning or unmet expectations. We have created the checklist to ensure that everything you want cleaned is cleaned. If the checklist isn’t filled out we are not 100% sure what needs to be cleaned and what doesn’t. We don’t want to spend time cleaning a bathroom if it wasn’t on your list but we don’t know if it was or wasn’t on your list if there is no checklist.
If there is not a checklist, the cleaner may assume everything on the list needs to be cleaned. Cleaning everything on the checklist takes time and there may not be enough time to clean the entire house. Specific things may not get cleaned. The cleaner will determine what is priority and what isn’t.
To ensure a successfully cleaning please take the time to create a list or print our checklist and fill it out.
How do we pay?
We accept cards, or electronic check.
If you would like to pay with a check please request when scheduling appointment. If you would like to pay with Venmo please request when scheduling.
Once the appointment is finished we will send you an invoice for the adjusted time spent cleaning.
We invoice for a minimum of two hours of cleaning.
Afternoon appointments may receive an invoice the following morning.
What product do you use?
Our products are all natural and non toxic. Based on availability our products may change. We use Bona Hard surface cleaner floor cleaner. We use Branch Basics All Purpose - The Concentrate for our all purpose cleaner. We use Nice n Clean wipes. We use Scrub daddy paste and Bon ami powder.
